Things like onboarding, automations and segmenting aren’t sexy or sparkly.
They are powerful.
Onboarding: it’s the way you prepare your clients for the experience of working with you. It sets expectations and that eases anxiety.
Automations: this is your friend when it comes to managing courses and memberships. There are lots of small things that have to be taken care of the correct way every time.
Segmenting: this is my favorite because it’s about relationship-building. It’s foundational to your brand and messaging.
