    We all do it even when we don’t realize it’s happening. You’ll find out how to be intentional in this happy-focused episode.

    You can also choose to be happy about a past situation. You have the power to change the script. It does not change the actual event but it changes what you decide to take from the experience.

    Happiness is not a destination, it’s a choice!
